(she/her) - NPC

The goddess of dreams and the Soul, nothing is remembered about Alexandria before she murdered Yuphra and took the new godly name Alexandria. As her first action as a god, she scrubbed all knowledge of her mortal self from history, leaving an immortal god in place of a mortal usurper.

“Alexandria sees what Yuphra cannot.” - One of the Tenets of the Alexandrian Church

The country of Yuphral once revered Yuphra as its patron god, however, the growing unrest within the nation and dissatisfaction at the god’s refusal to accept them as its ward meant that once Alexandria rose to power and offered herself to be the Archpriestess of the nation, the people accepted her with open arms. The abandonment of The Twelve Who Came Before in Yuphral incited anger in Yuphral’s southern dominion of isles, which ended up fracturing off to become the Ashen Empire. A factor that is cited to have put Alexandria at an advantage over Yuphra was the primordial’s bias of judgement against mortals, as it thought that seeing as it had created them it had dominion over their lives as a whole. Alexandria, having been mortal, yet her mind wiped clean to make her an ideal god, was believed to be much better than Yuphra in this regard, leading to the phrase that “Alexandria sees what Yuphra cannot” becoming a main tenet of the Alexandrian Church.

Alexandria almost never takes an avatar, but when she does, she appears with the same grey cloak and silver lantern that Yuphra had, however missing its long, sinister blade, Crescent.
