The Cloaked Gods are a subset of The Twelve Who Came Before, comprising only of the gods who never or very rarely chose to take a physical avatar, and so instead were depicted as a figure wearing a cloak. These gods were:
In the earliest days, almost all gods were considered cloaked gods, due to them existing in their higher forms alone. However, as time went on, many chose to take a physical avatar in order to more easily communicate with their subjects.
